Eloise is a spoiled rich kid that lives at the Plaza Hotel in New York City. A prince is coming to the hotel and everything has to be perfect, but Eloise manages to wreak havoc throughout the entire hotel.

Every Halloween, the ghost of the Plaza's most legendary and outrageous inhabitant of old, Diamond Jim Johnson, returns to haunt the halls. There are tricks and treats galore in store when Eloise busts some ghosts and reverses a curse.
